Tekfen Levent Office
This is an office project that was completed in 2010 at Levent, one of the important trade centers of Istanbul. The green façade design of the structure both creates a green texture at the city center and presents a different working environment for its users. The design of the building carried out in accordance with this principle provides a great advantage in terms of the user maximally benefiting from the sunlight and being able to see the outdoors comfortably. The structure displays an important performance in terms of water efficiency. The collection of the rain water and its recycling in irrigation, efficient water armatures and waterless urinals being preferred as well as local plant that do not consume much water being utilized in the landscape design are the important strategies utilized for the purpose of preservation of water.
