Dreamland Yay Apartments
This is a 150.000 meters square residence project located at south east of the Dreamland complex sitting on a 110.000 meters square parcel neighboring the Baku-Qalaaltı highway. The residential structure has a separate entrance than the golfing space and villas within the complex and has the opportunity to make use of the commercial and public spaces of the complex such as the shopping mall, the shopping street and the international school. The designing of a convex form in order to ensure that the façade facing the golfing space is wider and that the noise from the road facing the rear front is prevented were among the criteria that were taken into consideration while designing the form of the structure. Glass elevators were placed between the residential blocks and gardens attached to these elevators were designed.
