AV Harvest House
This is a humble and independent harvest house structure consisting of an attic of mansard roof form and functions as a library and a ground floor containing equipment that will allow the products acquired from the whole garden to be processed (such as an olive oil extraction machine and an electrical press oil/lavender essential oil extraction machine). It establishes the potential habitation relationship between the house and the 25.000 meters square peripheral landscape space and is in unity with the lake right in front of it as well as the olive grove behind the lake.
